18.10.2023 - Interactive Google Earth plot map
An interactive map of the plots is now available for the Google Earth application. With the help of this plan you will have an accurate view of the terrain of your property.
Please keep in mind that the satellite images are not up to date on a daily basis. Google updates the images at intervals of several months to three years.
Important: To open the map, it is best to first install the Google Earth app and then download the map to open it with the app.
11.10.2023 - Start of first construction measures
Carsten Pfau on the project launch: “Thanks to our experience from previous projects and a well-connected team, we are able to get the Aldera Resort off the ground quickly and economically. We are using resources and machinery from previous real estate projects.” Pfau continued, “Currently, we are focusing on creating essential infrastructure, such as main roads and access roads, which will lay the foundation for future phases of construction.”
